…Fitness 4 Life – On the Library Lawn
In this new outdoor exercise class, Fitness 4 Fun…Fitness 4 Life, the focus will be on Balance, Toning, & Strength so you can feel and look your best! We will mix music in with our workouts…but this is not an Aerobics class. All skill levels & ages will be accommodated and welcomed. Let’s have some fun while enjoying the fresh air!
Follow the sign outside at the Library to find where we’ll be working out. The class will be lead by Paula Papst, ISSA Certified Personal Trainer.
Social distancing will be required. Equipment needed: an exercise mat. Cost: $5/person/per class. Class will be canceled in case of inclement weather.
