Fitness for Fun—Fitness for Life (55+)

Balance, Strength and Toning are very important especially as we age. In this class, we will use a combination of exercises and hand weights to help strengthen and tone all areas of the body. Join our new instructor, Paula Papst, Certified Fitness Trainer, ISSA, as we combine music with exercise.
This is a fitness class, not an aerobics class and the skill levels are designed for 55+. Choose the skill level that is right for you. Please wear comfortable clothes & tennis shoes, and bring a yoga or exercise mat.
Classes are free for all participants, but please register for the class online below or by calling the library.
