In these fitness classes designed for 55+, we will use a combination of exercises and hand weights to help strengthen and tone all areas of the body and work to increase balance. Paula Papst, Certified Fitness Trainer, ISSA, will lead this very fun and popular class. Please wear comfortable clothes & tennis shoes, and bring a yoga or exercise mat. Classes are free for all participants. Register for the classes by calling the library. Registration is for the entire month of classes.
