Balance, Strength and Toning are very important especially as we age. In this class, we will use a combination of exercises and hand weights to help strengthen and tone all areas of the body. Our instructor Paula Papst, Certified Fitness Trainer, ISSA, will be back in the library for classes.
Note: this is a fitness class, not an aerobics class and the skill level is designed for 55+. Choose the skill level that is right for you. Please wear comfortable clothes & tennis shoes. Classes are free for all participants. There is no need to pre-register for the class, but please sign in when you attend.
