If you use the Sunflower eLibrary or the Libby app, you will soon need to use a different PIN to log in to Sunflower/Libby eLibrary.
When? The change will take place Monday, March 4.
What will I use for my PIN? Instead of your last name, you will need to use the same FOUR DIGIT PIN you use when you place holds or check out items in the library. The four digit pin is usually the last four numbers of your phone number.
What will I need to do? On or after March 4, you will need to re-enter your library card number and PIN to continue accessing materials.
What if it doesn’t recognize my library card number? If you haven’t used your library card at the Basehor Library in three years or more, you will have to re-register your library card with the library (or get a new one) in order to access the Sunflower/Libby eLibrary.

- You can fill out the form, save it, and email it to patronupdate@basehorlibrary.org
- Take a picture of your ID and email it to patronupdate@basehorlibrary.org
- Once we have that information, we will mail you your new card.
