Fitness for Fun—Fitness for Life (55+) Session 2

The overwhelming success of our Fitness for Fun class has made it too crowded to have just one class!
Starting September 1, we will offer TWO classes every Tuesday and Thursday morning. There are still spots open in the second class, which will begin at 11:30 and end at 12:15 pm.
In each class, we will use a combination of exercises and hand weights to help strengthen and tone all areas of the body and work to increase balance. Paula Papst, Certified Fitness Trainer, ISSA, will lead this very fun and popular class designed for 55+. Please wear comfortable clothes and tennis shoes and bring a yoga or exercise mat. Classes are free for all participants.
Registration (You must register for any and all classes for September using the September 6, 2022 registration link) for September classes begins August 26, either online or by calling the library.
Registration is for the entire month of classes. There will be no class on September 29.
