This is required. Please try to make the image size at least 800px wide by 450px high and if possible, that it is cropped to a 16x9 ratio. If it is not, at least give us an idea of what you have in mind and put that a larger or different image is needed in the instructional notes.

Accepted file types: jpg, gif, pdf, png, Max. file size: 10 MB.

Instructional Notes

Include items like:

Exceptions to weekly recurring events
Special event time recurrences like two events the same day
Notations to event description like, Bold and Underline "Required Grade Level" in description
Other miscellaneous instructions

Note:

All events will be posted to the Basehor Community Library calendar within 72 hours of submission. If your event needs to be posted more urgently than that, please have Diana email SYZYGY 1 Media with that requirement. Thank you!
